1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Eligible Items: This policy applies to all dresses purchased directly from our website (www.lasuzie.com) or official Instagram (@lasuzie.design). Sale items or custom-made dresses are not eligible for returns/exchanges unless they are defective.

2. Return/Exchange Process

• Step 1: Contact us via email at contact@lasuzie.com or Instagram DM (@lasuzie.design) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable).
• Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
• Step 3: Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval. Please ensure the package is trackable (e.g., via DHL, FedEx).
• Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Please note that the original shipping fee and any customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, please let us know in your request. We’ll check the availability and ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item.
• You are responsible for the shipping costs for the new item, unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong size/color sent).

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If your dress arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described (e.g., wrong item sent), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.

6. Important Notes

• We do not accept returns/exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• International shipping times may vary, so please ensure you initiate the return process within the 14-day window.
• For hygiene reasons, accessories (e.g., belts, sashes) included with the dress cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
