Hello to everyone who has found their way here and chosen to follow the journey of Lasuzie.

My name is An Duong Le – founder of Lasuzie Design.

Lasuzie was born at a very unusual moment – when I was about to become a mother.

As I prepared to step into a new role, I found myself thinking about my childhood. I was a girl who loved to draw, to design, who even learned how to sew just to make my very first dresses and jumpsuits and wear them proudly as small victories of imagination and effort.

But I also remembered something else very clearly:

I dreamed a lot, and I quit a lot.

I was always eager to try, yet often gave up before anything had the chance to bloom.

Motherhood changed that perspective.

I realized that if I truly wanted to know whether something could become meaningful, the very first thing I had to do was simply…begin!

And so Lasuzie came to life just three days before I gave birth.

With a large suitcase in hand, I walked up six flights of stairs to a studio, simply to shoot the very first images for the brand. Nothing was perfect but the intention was unwavering. This time, I chose not to walk away.

And the name Lasuzie?

It carries my love for Lula, Susu, and Rosie – my three little companions who stayed by my side through the hardest moments. I wanted this name to preserve that love, just as it holds my devotion to fashion, even when the beginning was fragile and uncertain.

Rosie passed away in October 2024.
And maybe you’re right – this isn’t really my shop. It’s theirs.
